Experience
 
Both creative and critical at heart, I love making things that matter to people and seeing them come to life.

I have experience running the Design Thinking process from research to delivery and managing senior stakeholders throughout. My work to date has given me experience setting up and running qualitative fieldwork, and delivering services through digital, physical and behavioural means.

At the moment I'm working for Emirates, the world's leading airline and pioneer in customer experience. Our team is building new tech that will connect and monitor seamless end-to-end journeys.

Previously a design researcher at IDEO, I have a solid understanding of what a good insight looks like, and practised ability to illustrate and prototype new thinking quickly.

Following IDEO, I produced the first customer segments and storyboards for onefinestay, one of London's leading startups. Entrusted to build the company's qualitative research capacity, I led a team of C-level staff through multiple projects.

I continue to run workshops on how to conduct user research for startups and at General Assembly.
