I'm a trained designer and spent the first five years of my career designing street furniture and pedestrian wayfinding systems for places like London and Vancouver.

I developed solid design research skills working at IDEO in London. A natural Design Thinker, I learned what a good insight looks like, and developed an ability to illustrate and visualise new thinking quickly.

Following IDEO, I produced the first customer segmentations and storyboards for onefinestay, one of London's leading startups. Entrusted to build the company's qualitative research capacity, I led a team of C level staff through multiple projects.

I continue to run workshops on how to conduct user research for startups and at General Assembly.

At the moment I'm excited to be working for one of the world's leading service providers, Emirates Airline. I'm helping them to align their customer experience as they build new technical infrastructure to connect different stages of their customer journey together.

I’ve gained a breadth of professional experience in
user-centred design and research over ten years and have a firm understanding of digital, physical and experiential products. While at IDEO I led user research within multidisciplinary teams, working with clients from financial services to food and beverage produc

Most recently I was employed by travel and hospitality company onefinestay to develop their first customer segmentations and storyboards for guests and hosts. My work had immediate impact on the brand marketing strategy, influenced the way customer-facing staff behave and has created a clear line of sight for future product development.
